近日，国家药品监督管理局正式批准公司培集成干扰素α-2注射液新增适应症临床试验申请，同意该产品在肝上皮样血管内皮瘤适应症中开展多中心、单臂、随机、开放的Ⅱa期临床研究（受理号：CXSL2300345）。

肝上皮样血管内皮瘤（HEHE）是一种来源于血管内皮的罕见肿瘤，恶性程度介于肝血管瘤及肝血管肉瘤之间^[1-3]，通常生长缓慢^[4]，其预后差异性较大，部分患者表现为惰性临床过程，而部分患者则倾向于转移^[5-7]。

HEHE病因尚不明确，目前无标准的治疗方案。最为常见的治疗方案是根治性切除术及肝移植，但手术方案伴随着高于三分之一的复发率。因此，对于HEHE的治疗，存在巨大的未被满足的临床需求。

培集成干扰素α-2注射液（商品名：派益生^®）是公司拥有自主知识产权的抗病毒、免疫调节药物，属于治疗用生物制品。本次临床试验申请为增加肝上皮样血管内皮瘤临床适应症（KW-059）。该药品是由重组集成干扰素变异体经聚乙二醇化学修饰后形成的蛋白药物，其活性明显高于普通干扰素，同时避免了峰－谷效应，能稳定地发挥免疫调节作用；其在人体内肾脏清除率减慢，半衰期延长，支持一周给药一次，可提高患者用药的便捷性和依从性；预期对治疗肝上皮样血管内皮瘤有临床作用。此前，该药品已完成慢性丙型肝炎（HCV）适应症临床试验并获批上市；除本次获批开展的项目外，该产品另有两项临床试验正在开展，分别为：治疗低复制期慢性HBV感染的Ⅲ期临床试验及治疗带状疱疹的Ⅱ期临床试验；本次新增适应症的获批再次印证了该产品具有广泛的应用场景。
